Policies ***
International Shipping
We will ship most items overseas as long as a few conditons are
met.
- Please do not ask us to commit fraud by misrepresenting items on
export documentation. If you cannot afford your country's import
tax or duty, please do not bid on our items.

International shipping can be expensive, especially for heavy items.
Please contact us with your shipping address before bidding and
we will respond with a shipping estimate.

Surface shipping can take months for delivery so we strongly encourage
air shipping and insurance. USPS Airmail Parcel Post, Global Priority
or Global Express Mail are usually the least expensive, but UPS
or FedEx are also acceptable. If you choose surface shipping or
decline insurance, please be aware that we cannot be responsible
for long delivery times or items that are lost or damaged during
delivery.

A $3-5 handling charge will be added to the total to cover the extra
time and expense involved in overseas shipping.

We gladly accept international payments made using BidPay or Western
Union Money Transfers.
Warranty Information
Most of the stuff we sell is offered AS-IS with no warranty. This
means that we will not accept returns or issue refunds unless the
item is significantly different than the auction description. Please
keep this in mind when bidding on AS-IS items.
We occasionally offer items with a DOA warranty. This means that
you have 10 days from receipt of the item to test it. If you find
that the item is not working as specified in the auction, you may
return it for a refund (less shipping and handling charges). If
you choose to return an item, you must contact us within 10 days
of receipt to let us know that you will be returning it and you
must make sure that we receive it within 10 days of our reply.
A note about feedback
When we are the buyer, we will leave feedback once we've recieved
the item and found it to be as described in the auction.
When we are the seller, we expect the buyer to post feedback when
they have recieved the item and found it to be as described in the
auction. We return all positive feedback, usually within a day or
two. We do not post feedback until the buyer has indicated that
they are satisfied. If there is any reason you don't feel the transaction
deserves positive feedback, please contact us and we will try to
work out the problem with you.
